Application: ProMOBILE (the "App")

Provider: NimbusPay Technologies Inc. ("NimbusPay," "we," "us," or "our")

1. About This App and This Policy

ProMOBILE is a reference and demonstration application published by NimbusPay Technologies Inc., an Independent Software Vendor (ISV). NimbusPay is not a bank, card issuer, or financial services provider. The App is made available solely so that prospective and current licensees — typically banks, financial institutions, and other financial services entities ("Licensees") — and their evaluators can preview and assess the capabilities of our software suite for building payment-card and account-management experiences (for example, applying for, viewing, and managing credit, debit, prepaid, and virtual card products).

The App is for demonstration and evaluation purposes only. It is not a live financial product, it does not provide access to any real account, card, money, or credit, and it is not intended for use by the general public to manage real finances.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does and does not handle. Because the App is a demonstration tool, its data practices are deliberately minimal, and they are described honestly below.

2. Summary (Plain Language)

  • The App is a demonstration. Every account, card, balance, transaction, statement, and profile shown in it is synthetic (fake) test data created for illustration.
  • We do not collect, request, or process your real personal or financial information through the App.
  • The App is not used to onboard real customers, open real accounts, run real credit checks, or move real money.
  • We do not use the App to sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or third-party marketing.
  • Any information you type into a demonstration form is used only to show how the software behaves and is not used to identify, contact, or make decisions about you.

The remainder of this policy provides the detail required by the Apple App Store and Google Play, including how to contact us and how to request deletion of any information.

3. Information the App Does Not Collect

Although the App visually resembles a real card-management product and displays fields for things like name, date of birth, address, government ID, Social Security or taxpayer numbers, income, employment, card and account numbers, transactions, statements, and balances, these are pre-populated or simulated using synthetic test data. They do not describe you or any real person.

We do not collect, store on our servers, or transmit for our own use:

  • Real identity or contact details (name, date of birth, email, phone, or postal address)
  • Government-issued identification or Social Security / taxpayer identification numbers
  • Real financial information (real card or account numbers, real balances, real transactions, real statements, real credit or income data)
  • Real biometric information — where the App demonstrates biometric unlock (such as Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint), that check is performed entirely by your device's operating system; the App receives only a success/failure result and never accesses or stores raw biometric data
  • Contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone/camera content
  • Advertising identifiers, or data used for advertising or cross-app tracking

4. Information You May Enter During a Demonstration

You are not required to provide any real personal information to use the App. If, while exploring the demonstration, you choose to type information into an on-screen form (for example, a sample application or profile screen), that input is used only to illustrate how the software responds during your session. We ask that you do not enter real personal or financial information into the App. Any values you enter are treated as demonstration data, are not used to identify or contact you, and are not used for credit, underwriting, marketing, or any real-world decision.

5. Device and Technical Data

NimbusPay does not collect analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or device-tracking data from the App for its own purposes, and the App does not embed third-party advertising or analytics software-development kits (SDKs) that collect personal information.

Separately, and outside of our control, Apple and Google may collect standard operational and diagnostic information (such as crash and installation data) as part of operating the App Store, Google Play, and your device's operating system. That collection is governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies, not this one.

6. How We Use Information

Because the App does not collect real personal information, we do not use personal information for profiling, credit decisions, marketing, advertising, or automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects.

Any information present in the App is used only to:

  • Demonstrate the features, screens, and workflows of our software suite
  • Illustrate example user journeys (such as a simulated card application or transaction) using synthetic data
  • Operate and maintain the demonstration experience during your session

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, and we do not disclose personal information to advertisers or third parties for their own marketing.

The App references organizations such as Program Partners, card networks, identity-verification providers, credit bureaus, and fraud-prevention services only as part of the simulated experience to show how a production integration would look. No real data is exchanged with any of these organizations through the App. In a live deployment by a Licensee, such integrations would be governed by that Licensee's own agreements and privacy notices, not by this policy.

We may disclose information only where required to comply with a valid legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NimbusPay, our users, or the public.

8. Data Security

Even though the App handles only synthetic data, we design our software with security in mind, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS) where the App communicates with any supporting demonstration service
  • Role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege for our internal systems
  • Secure authentication options, including support for device-based biometric unlock (processed on-device)
  • Secure software development and testing practices

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not maintain real user accounts and do not retain real personal information collected through the App. Synthetic demonstration data is not linked to you and may be reset or removed at any time.

Requesting deletion. In line with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements, you may still request that we delete any information you believe may be associated with you, and you may do so without needing to reinstall or open the App. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will confirm and action verified requests. If we determine that we hold no information relating to you (which is expected, given the App's demonstration-only design), we will let you know.

If you created any credential to access a private demonstration environment provided by NimbusPay, you may also request deletion of that credential through the same contact channel.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business evaluation by Licensees and their personnel. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

11. International Data

The App is offered internationally. Because the App does not collect real personal information, routine international transfers of personal data do not occur. Where any limited technical communication with a demonstration service crosses borders, we take steps designed to comply with applicable data-protection laws, including using appropriate contractual safeguards where required.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information, to opt out of certain processing or "sale"/"sharing," to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

Because the App is a demonstration tool that does not collect real personal information, in most cases we will hold no personal data about you to which these rights would attach. You may nonetheless submit a request using the details in Section 14, and we will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under CCPA/CPRA.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection or supervisory authority (for example, the UK Information Commissioner's Office or an EU supervisory authority).

Names of third-party services shown in the App (such as card networks or verification providers) appear only to illustrate a realistic experience and do not indicate that your data is shared with them. The App does not integrate advertising or analytics SDKs that collect personal information. If a future version of the App links to an external website or service, that destination will be governed by its own privacy policy.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and make the current version available within the App and/or at the website listed below. Material changes will be communicated by appropriate means.

Any real financial product evaluated or deployed by a Licensee using NimbusPay's software would be governed by that Licensee's own agreements and privacy notices.
