Executive Leadership Team

Viren Rana

Chief Executive Officer

Viren has over two decades of expertise in founding and managing successful start-ups within the payments industry. His initial venture, ISTS Worldwide Inc., was acquired by Clear2Pay, which later became part of Fidelity Information Systems, in 2013. Viren's subsequent achievement was with Renovite Technologies Inc., acquired by JP Morgan in 2022. Currently, he is spearheading NimbusPay, his third start-up in the Fintech payment sector, with a specialized focus on the Issuing industry.

Matt Scott

Chief Technology Officer

With over two decades of experience, Matt has worked with leading global card issuers, acquierers, processors, terminal manufacturers, and market-leading ISVs. As Chief Technology Officer at Renovite Technologies Inc., he led the product design and engineering of their software solutions. At NimbusPay, Matt is once again driving the technology and engineering function, responsible for designing and defining the new NimbusPay Issuing Suite software solution, as well as overseeing engineering practices and processes.

SVP Human Resources

Isha has seventeen years of experience leading Human Resources divisions - having had extensive experience at TSYS (now Global Payments) and Renovite Technologies Inc. Leveraging these experiences at NimbusPay - Isha is leading our talent acquisition, organizational cultural development, and maintaining employee relations.
